WARNING!!! Even though this works on my machine, it requires the newest ALPHA version of SPE. Use at your own risk.

This version modifies the amount of money that a player receives to 0 every time CCSPlayer::AddAccount is called, instead of setting their cash back to 0 on every event they can earn money for:

Updated the script to use a delay to set player cash back to 0 directly after they are given cash.
